If you are buying from new, then my guess if that one run will sound better than 2 runs of half price cable simply because you will buy a much better cable.
If and its a big if, your speakers sound a lot better bi-wired, I would suggest the single but expensive wiring and then add the second cable when you can afford more of the same.
Keeping an eye on eBay etc and checking sales might help getting a better price for the second. At that time your system is up and running and you can afford to wait for the right price.
