Not sure what you mean by "least damage to the house"that could mean any number of things.
Houses have all sorts of holes cut in them, and pros often run stuff in a manner different than a consumer would expect.
Price is going to be highly dependent on locale and other circumstances.
Perhaps you could find a local card carrying electrician to do the job "on the side"
Off the top of my head, I'm not real comfortable with running pipe outside for a couple of circuits. This is not very commonly done on residences, at least in the southeast US - although could be done correctly and by the code - the fact that it is not done very much might be some slight detraction from resale value, and perhaps a cosmetic issue.
I wouldn't hesitate running a couple of dedicated twenty amp circuits - but I would hesitate to run them outside. If the current circuits are handling the current and planned load - the money might be better spent on power filtration.
I have two dedicated 20 amp circuits - Can't say specifically that it sounds better after, because they were added during a renovation and no A/B possible.
I can't remember any difference - but before the two circuits I was using a couple of 1450 watt Powervar Isolation transformers.
