I'm still using my 8ft pair of MIT2 Bi-wire cables.They still sound great and there are a few things U can do to increase their resolution if your interested.
I replaced an old set of MIT 750 Plus's which are not in the same league as the MIT2's when it comes to coherence/clarity with a used set of AudioQuest Volcano's and the Volcano's are a MAJOR step up but spendy.
Maybe U could check out the AudioQuest CV-8's with DBS?
