I had Signal Cable speaker cables in my system for long time. At some point, I decided to upgrade and impulsively bought PS Audio Xstreme Plus used for $180 (we're talking regular, not biwire). These are pretty average, and I since sold them, but there wasn't any single aspect of the sound that they didn't improve SIGNIFICANTLY over Signal Cable - sondstage, bass, highs, you name it.Please take Signal Cable's advertising with not grain, but tablespoon of salt. "Best Affordable Cables" should be probably translated as "Far From the Best And Somewhat Affordable".
