....it is an option if you are going to use an outlet that meets your sonic taste. However, you need to put the cart before the horse on this one, and determine which flavor you prefer. Some like P & S, some like Wattgate, some like Furutech....all very nice. The spec-grade, heavy-duty Hubbell's were the rave for a good while, and are still some people's cup of tea. These can be split as well.Another idea, but pricier, is to configure 2 Oyaide (or one Oyaide and one other desirable brand). The second duplex takes up little room, yet offers both the opportunity to physically isolate each line and have the best-of-both-world's sonically. I've done that for quite some time (with a choice of Oyaide's 3 different flavors) and have recommended this idea to others.
