No. Biwiring still feeds the 2 sections of the crossover from the 2 terminal pairs.

Biwiring (not 'bi-wiring') avoids the oft-bad-sounding jumper strap and allows one to use cable best suited to the frequency bands each is feeding. Some will say biwiring is worth the money; some not.

To avoid using the original crossover, you'll have to open the speakers so that you can drive the drivers directly. Of course SOME crossover is necessary, and that's usually an active crossover feeding at least 2 channels of amplification per speaker.
