Interconnects, speaker wire, power cords. Ask the Cable Guys.

Try the anti-cables twisted & untwisted

I've owned a bulk pair of anti-cables for some time. I've always had them so each speaker has 2 indiv cables, but i recently twisted them up, about 4 twists per foot, and there's a definite improvement in the high end. The strong bass stayed the same and the imaging is still good...but the highs are so smooooth & extended now.

if you like the anti-cables, you probably wouldn't like any Belden wire based cables in their place. they really slow things down.

Also, and this is weird, try flipping the direction of the negative sp cable run on each speaker. in my system, anti-cables are quite directional. changing the dir of just the neg runs on both speakers made audible imrpovements.

i'm a newbie with a thin audio budget, take my comments as such.

its a pain to try & listen for this, but to my ears one direction is thin and the other has killer bass. i stuck with the direction with the best bass performance.
