Getting ready to start JR's 89259/1506a Twisted IC's but a question on the outer braid

Okay,
The rest of my cable supplies will be arriving tomorrow. I think I understand everything except for attaching the outer braid. On the source end, you comb out the braid and attach it to the ground lug along with the 89259, correct? Then on the load end, you attach a 0.01 uF ceramic disc capacitor to the ground lug along with the 89259. You then solder the other leg of the capacitor to the outer braid, correct? Does the capacitor go underneath the braid, outside the braid? Does the outer braid go all the way up to the the Bullet Plug and screw the set screw down on the braid, or do you stop it a few inches from the back side of the plug?

Thanks for everyone's help so far. I can't wait to hear these IC's and CC89259 speaker cables after I get them all put together!

Thanks,
Dan
