Ground the shield at the amp's chassis.

Hi.

I don't think we need any shielding at all for normal home audio environment for reasonably short power cords. I compared power cords without shielding sound better than with.

But if shielding is already there, make sure you ground only the O/P end of the shielding at the chassis of the amp to drain off any EMI/RFI noises picked up by the shielding.
