Hello All,
I've enjoyed reading many of the posts here and want to thank the group for providing this newbie with a wealth of information. Forgive me if this question has been asked before. I suspect that it has but my searching has proved futile, so here goes.
When using a CDP player that has balanced outs (Electrocompanient), and a Pre with balanced ins, but the amp is just rca's ..... is it useless to run balanced from the CDP to the PRE, then RCA's to the AMP? Will I reap any of the benifits or should I just wait until I get an AMP with balanced inputs?
Thanks so much for your thoughts.
