There may be something "thinner" than the Mapleshade Golden Helix speaker cable, but it's one thin cable that presents incredibly great sound at a very resonable price. I used it to great satisfaction until "moving on". One drawback is that it is somewhat difficult to set-up as it's rather un-wiedly. Sounds like you may be looking for less "rigid" cable. Something to consider though...
