By substituting your silver wire for what is refered to in the following posts below as the cores of 89259, etc., you can use the same general wiring scheme, as well as general construction techniques.In your case, the silver wire can be spiralled around some sort of core, whether that be cotton, teflon tubing, or foamed Teflon valve packing string, and then any shielding spaced away from the silver wires using some more foamed Teflon valve packing string, or cotton, etc., then a braided shield placed over this twisted pair of silver wires with the aditional spacing material, then a 16 ga. wire external to the braided shield that is spiralled in the opposite direction as the inner silver wires, for the pin 1 to pin 1 ground connection.
