Wattgate Audio Grade AC Outlets (with Wattgate version AirSine)

With so much recent interest given to Oyaide and Furutech AC outlets, I want to mention Ray Kimber's also excellent Wattgate Audio Grade AC outlets (with the original gold version worthy of being called a classic, perhaps?). I use both topline Wattgate models downstream of my Oyaide SWO-XXX wall outlet: a Wattgate 381 Ag (silver) AC outlet, and a Wattgate 381 (gold) AC outlet.

I find the outlets to offer great synergy with my two gold Wattgate version VH Audio AirSine power cords; both power cords terminated with a gold Wattgate 330i AC plug and a gold 350i IEC connector. The silver Wattgate 381 Ag AC outlet feeds my amplifier's AirSine, and the gold Wattgate 381 AC outlet feeds my preamplifier's AirSine.

They both toss up a large and open soundstage, and sound very hi-rez. I prefer them to a copper Furutech FP-15A(Cu) AC outlet for use with the gold Wattgate terminated AirSine's (within my system). I have not directly compared the Wattgate's sonic signatures with an Oyaide SWO-XXX's for this particular use.

The silver version is more transparent and detailed than the gold version, while the gold version has a warmer and a bit more lush/sweet presentation (very pleasant aka a bit euphonic).
