...any way you slice it. The seller *not* advertising it as being name-brand is not a valid excuse for selling a counterfeit product. Just because the seller hid the brand/model markings in the item's photos to avoid issues with eBay, and did not mention the word "Oyaide" in the text, does not make it OK to send a counterfeit product marked as Oyaide.
