I use a silver Wattgate 381 Ag placed in a power line conditioner and like it's synergy when feeding a Bryston 3B-SST amplifier's gold plated Wattgate terminated AirSine power cord. An Oyaide SWO-XXX is placed upstream at the wall which feeds the power line conditioner. Both outlets toss up a large and open soundstage.For my particular system's needs; the Oyaide SWO-XXX is the killer app wall outlet, while the Wattgate 381 Ag outlet does well to preserve the SWO-XXX's soundstage without taking the system's presentation over the top in a cold or analytical way. The gold plated Wattgate 381 is said to be warmer and a bit less resolved than the new Wattgate 381 Ag version.
