yes they are...or at least the power cords are...i own 3 of them and to say they are something special is to give them FAINT praisethese 3 power cords have exteneded the depth and space (separation of instruments) of the soundstage to a very realistic size (and in a room that is 23X22 feet, with a 14.5 foot ceiling this is no mean feat)....and have allowed my system to reproduce music in such a manner as I hear it when live..the elements of attack , sustain, and decay (which were always incredible) have become in my words and the words of others beleivable, palpable, and flow like an undammed river (am i making any sense here?)
it is interesting to note that my system includes one VH Audio Airsine cord (VERY LONG BREAKIN)...but these improvements (listed above) came about when I inserted the cerious pc after the airsine (which is a very good cord in itself, and yes seems to have littel sonic signature, and worked best on my KR Audio Antares power amp).
I have heard that Grost recommends power cables, then digiatal ic then analog ics....
