I have the Naim CDX2/XPS2. I did hear it with whatever the equivalent level Naim preamp and amp are. In that system, we used Kimber 4TC, 8TC, KS-3033; Nordost Blue Heaven Rev 2; Wireworld Atlantis 3; AQ Type 4 and Indigo; and XLO Ultra 6, Ultra 12, UE-5, LE-5. No compatibility issues with any of these. However, we were told not to use MIT (which has the network) speaker cables, so we didn't.In the budget end, I really liked the Nordost BH. Makes me wonder what Nordost's better models would sound like on the Naim gear.
