I have no experience with the Fantasy AC-10, but the Pro-AC 11 was perhaps the most dissapointing power cord I've ever experienced for it's pedigree. For a Bryston 3B-ST, I use a VH Audio AirSine which is a more refined version of the VH Audio Flavor 4, and can say that the Flavor 4 should do very well on your Bryston 4B-SST. Talk to Chris about connector options.
