Jon Risch or others, help with DIY power cords

I am in the process of building the Jon Risch balanced analog audio cables using 89259, 1506a, shield and Neutrik connectors. I will buid the power cords next and would like to start acquiring the parts now. I have been reading about the 83802 and 83803 cables here on the Asylum and many of the posts are saying this is the latest and greatest. Is this a superior cable to the 19364 cable used in the power cord plans on Jon Risch's site ? If so, do I use the 82802 or 83803 ? Which connectors do you currently recommend ? I am looking to squeeze as much improvement as possible out of the new power cords, but don't want to break the bank or split atoms to get the last little bit of improvement.
