I - a German living in Russia - have bought several times from them and find advice, product and service to be outstanding. One example: I bought an Exact Power EP15A power conditioner - 220 volt-version - and had it sent to Russia. When my friend heard what the EP15 does, he ordered one, too. Unfortunately, his unit blow up on the 2nd day. Robert Stein of the Cable Company took it on his expense to organise the transport back to the US, having it fixed at Exact Power, and again to Russia, even paying Russian customs - all in all an operation of several hundred dollars. I want to stress that Robert was not obliged in any way to do this, as obviously we imported the Exact Powers on our own risk. Check over on Audiogon, too. My impression is that the overwhelming majority of their customers gives them good ratings.
