Went to ACE photo and 20 minutes later traded in the 6D for the R5. It is somewhat similar to the 6D but has a lot of the services 5 things p, that well, made the series 5 such a hit for professionals. I still can't believe that Canon is ditching DSLR and going mirrorless. Service was one issue for me, and I can expect to have at least factory service for many years.

The focus points are awesome and the speed is noticeably quicker. Did some up close test shots and it is great. One thing that I have to get used, and not sure even if I like, is that I have to flip the led screen outwards to view the images. It's an extra step that I did not have before, but I love the almost joystick knob to move the image on the screen. That's cool.,
