RE: my new favorite frozen pizza!

Looks good.

I started making cast iron skillet pizza on "top your own pizza" nights.

Get large dough ball from local pizza place.

Heat cast iron with olive oil until oil glistens. Add 1/3 for thin or 1/2 for thicker rolled out dough ball to skillet (sloppy is OK) char bottom and flip. Quickly top with sauce, cheese and topping of choice, get oven mitt and move skillet to 450 F preheated oven. Cook till cheese is bubbly and a little brown.
