I have been watching a TV Showed called Quincy and how the forensic pathologist can get to the truth. I watched that testimony of the trial. The science pretty much says it all. And the video evidence and testimony were icing on the cake.
You'd have to be a complete and utter dimbulb to draw any other conclusion - but then there is a jury so always the possibility of dimbulbs.
Now we will see if there is a double standard in the sentence.
