Nobody's forcing you to wear a mask in your car nor when you can safely be 6ft. away from other people walking. Why complain about people wearing masks when it has absolutely no negative affect on you? I do agree with you about those idiots who carry a mask but refuse to wear it properly even in crowded stores.
Did you have a lot of stores that were open from 10pm to 5am? I seriously doubt it other than something like 7-11. You had several supermarkets that were open between 10pm and 5am? We had an even earlier curfew where I am in NJ from 8pm-5am early on when covid was running rampant in March/April. Most people understood and weren't complaining, including store owners who normally were closed during those hours anyway. Fast food joints were still allowed to be open. In case you haven't notice the virus IS currently running rampant in Ohio.
