Along the Montour Trail. Rode 20 miles which is harder than riding 30 miles on the GAP. Montour isn't level anywhere, there's always a grade and the climbs are long. Of course, that means there are some nice downhill runs as well.
This is a long bridge here in the pic, but I've been on longer. It's about 100 feet above the valley though, so my asshole puckered a bit on the outbound leg.
Hit a ferocious headwind on the way back across. Like having a hand pushing on my chest. My legs were burning by the time I got out of it.
