Remember what we used to call them ? Way too politically incorrect now.

Butt really, what I gleaned is that your favorite nuts have less nutritional value. Like cashews and pistachios. The old ntoe is one of the best for you.

Overall though, nuts have about ten times the value of good green veggies. Spices have ten times that. So it is good to be able to eat spicy foods.

I realized now, that my doing it with the vinegar was like over ten years ago. I have not had heartburn since.
