Here in Texas, there are two kinds of Yankees: Yankees and damn Yankees.
Yankees are the ones that come down to visit and then go back home.
Damn Yankees are the ones that come down, and stay. I'm a damn Yankee.
You should consider the far north Dallas area. (Frisco, McKinney, The Colony, etc.) Growing like a weed. Lots of hot chicks, both single and married. ;) 'Course, the summers are hot, too.
