Unless that guy can Really Handle Himself, in a self-defense sort of way, he can't leave the stage or backstage area dressed like that.
That IS a guy, isn't it? Not sure.
Imagine running across some skinheads or You Name The Group dressed like that. Your hospital bill would be the least of your worries.
