I wish they were more interested in all of humanities progress. They sure could do more to help us out of this mess. I don't speak Spanish and most of S. America is in pretty bad shape. On paper Uruguay is the place to be. Safe, stable and improving so I have read. Kind of flat and boring from photos near the ocean. Very little English spoken there. I do agree that an escape route is not a bad idea. If I were wealthy it would be New Zealand. Big if. Things are getting real weird. Somethings gotta give soon. T456
