I manage my reactive sinuses with saline douching. Sometimes with cortisone spray - like in Spring!

I can't use Ibuprofen for the stinging pain, either. Just Paracetamol, Cranberry Ural fizzy mix, Cranberry juice, and SFA coffee / caffeine.

Except when I just HAVE to have a coffee!
