I live in a fairly cool, coastal climate. We'd always have a week or ten days each summer in the 90s and maybe even some humidity.
I didnt' get AC in the house until 3 or 4 years ago.
But here's my plan. OPEN UP at night and get the place as cool as possible. run fans blowing out on one side and sucking IN on the other. Bonus points if you can blow the hot Upper Air out......
Than? In the morning as soon as it warms to house temp, seal it up and try to rely on any insulation to keep you cooler than outside.
When outside drops to inside temp or below, open up again and repeat.
The worst part of the day will be Late After noon when it's just gonna COOK.
Alll this sort of depends on how COOL it gets at nite. Dropping into high 60s really helps.
