1960's Sylvania CS15W receiver - schematics?

Hello everyone,

A friend is getting started on this one and it's quickly becoming apparent that a schematic will be necessary. I thought I would ask here in case anyone happened to have it - the ones we've seen online were not too cheap.

I couldn't find a very good quality photo online (and ours is already torn apart) but here's more or less what it looks like:
