I was watching AR one evening and this teenage boy had an acoustic guitar his father gave him that was signed by Jimi Hendrix. After the appraiser authenticated the signature she told the boy that Jimi Hendrix probably didn't play the guitar because "this is a right handed guitar and Jimi was left handed" lowering the value of the ax. The poor lad looked crest fallen at the news and I wanted to jump though the TV and reprimand the appraiser and assure the boy that Jimi most likely played it and probably upside down with out restringing it.
