Info on Museatex (meitner) Tuner

Which tuner to get and getting the most from it. Thank God, for the radio!

For my second system at home I have a Museatex preamp and two of their power amps and their cd deck. Nicely matching stuff that sound pretty good. I am thinking of adding a tuner to this system and have seen the Museatex tuner (which matches cosmetically) on audiogon occasionally and it also appears to still be available from Museatex.
This unit must be at least a 15 year old design.
Any thoughs, advice or experience?
As I read all of the wonders of some of the older tuners, it appears that an older tuner design may not necessarily be outmoded, as with digital gear.

I think I can get this tuner for $500 or less. That is a very comfortable budget range.
