Maybe info on the ARRL site. Quite east to build, you can use
PVC pipe as the boom, and brass or alum. TIG/brazing rod for
the 1/4 wavelength elemnent. Length and spacing can be easily calculated
to the bandwidth of the FM band.
I have their antenna handbook, and it's 2" thick!.
