If it doesn't, then it isn't really a 'locator' is it? Nor can it possibly help with reception, which I think you claim.
FM Fool in the USA does do that.
Looking at its listings of Australian FM stations, there is NO information about where the transmitters are, at all.
And none of the powerful ABC stations get a mention.
