I, too, have a DA-F20 and have enjoyed it a great deal. Your post has inspired me to consider a recap (it's been idle for quite a while) and perhaps update the color palette of my LEDs a little bit. I don't know if I'll go with blue on the lock LED but might consider updating the strength LEDs to show red at 1 or 2, yellow at 3 and green at 4 or 5...something like that.
It is a nice tuner and compares favorably with others I have or have had. I like the quirky styling and the fact that it is a great performer is a great bonus.
