Which tuner to get and getting the most from it. Thank God, for the radio!

Couldn't pass it up,it is a really cool piece.
I can not find a schematic anywhere,it's a Phipps (n3).
The large 3 way cap has no values written on it,,how do I figure what the values are?
I will have to restring it,that will be the biggest challenge.Other wise it's in pretty good shape.
One more thing,how do I clean the variable tuning capacitor,and what lube should I use on the ball bearings on the shaft.
