A satellite dish is designed for signals in the GHz region whereas FM operates at 88-108 MHz which is about 1/10th the frequency of a satellite TV signal. Conversely a FM signal is a wavelength about 10 times the size of a wavelength at the satellite TV signal wavelength. To adequately capture a FM band signal requires an antenna with element/s at least 1/4 to full wavelength.

You might find a use for the dish type antenna if you were an amateur radio experimenter in the multi-GHz region, otherwise it will probably just be a nice spot for birds to roost.
