The easiest is indeed to use the PSUD2 (www.duncanamps.com)
A swingingchoke is a very difficult choke. Used for class B amplifiers as i remember well and has to be costumised for your amplifier. Not very interesting this kind of choke.

If you not use the right components for rectifier/C/R/L you can easely have a resonance circuit with to high values for the components you have used in your circuit.
