How did you get the tube quiet? Lot of the DIYers are using the Coleman regulators and filament biasing.

Very surprised your son is going to like the sound of a 300B as compared to say a 6L6 or an EL-34 in PP.

Do you have anything you want to unload? You can email me directly. Looking for higher powered tube amps. Or a nice SS amp.
