More questions regarding voltage regulator tubes

Actually I need to know what wattage I should use for the series resistor associated with a voltage regulator tube.
I calculated the resistor value by dividing the voltage drop by the sum of the load current and average regulator current. For example the average current for a 0A2 is 5ma+30ma/2=17.5 ma. In my case I added 17.5 ma to the 10 ma of the load to get 27.5 ma. The voltage drop needs to be 230 volts to get the 150 volts I need. So 230v/.0275A = 8.4 kohms.
So my question is what wattage does my 8.4 kohm resistor need to be?
TIA
