Here you are. Bear in mind this has more gain than the 45, since 4P1L has a mu of around 11. So 2 stages could be enough for high efficiency speakers. The other advantage of the 4P1L is that it can easily be driven in filament bias as shown so no cathode bypass cap. And of course it's a lot cheaper.
