I have "Some"

How many are "Some"? What is the cold resistance? You could put them in a test rig and see what the current draw is before they melt or catch fire. :-)

Those look small so they probably have a low cold resistance or are for very low current. If you want the inrush protection to be functional, you really should just calculate and get known parts. Something like the CL90 (2 amps 120 ohms) or CL80 (3 amps 47 ohms) can work depending on your current draw. Unless there is some significant cold resistance, they are not going to do much as a primary inrush limiter.
