WW, thanks so much for your reply.
I try to talk to the seller daily. But quite frankly I'm getting tired of it, with no real progress.
He keeps saying its up to the Freight company. The seller swore that the TV was shipped fully insured, but from what I can obtain, the insurance was $3 per pound($600 total) and the freight company has already sent him a check for that amount.
