I contacted Cattylink about a year ago about this amplifier after seeing the incredibly low price. I was treated to a series of the most rude and insulting emails that I ever received from a retailer. I really couldn't believe their attitude from an inquiry from their website. If this is how they treat someone before a purchase, I can only guess what sort of product and treatment I would have received after they had my money.BEWARE!!
