I think the room issues are not a factor, depending on what your DBT is being conducted for. If your test is to evaluate cables, interconnects or components in your own listening enviroment and then choose the ones that are best for you, the listening room needs to be representive of your own listening enviroment... And lucky for us, it is!Now on the other hand, if you are conducting DBT to aquire information to be used to answer that age old question... Then yes, the room acustics may be an important factor.
