How to connect a Matrix Audio Element H sound card to a NUC10i7FNH board

Wanting to build a music player/server have a HDPlex case would like to run Roon R.O.C.K. as my OS. Can I and how do I connect the PCIe x1 to the NUC10i7FNH board which uses M.2 slot with PCIe X4 lanes, is this possilbe?
