That is a configuration setting with my Cisco WAP300s.
Most router/access points are accessible via a browser via entering the IP address. Try that.
If not, let a smartphone tell you what's broadcasting in your area. Perhaps you might recognize it. If not, turn your unit off, try again and note what disappeared. :)
