So far with the RPi, I like a beefy Jockery mobile phone charger that lasts about ten hours. Which means I can use it for several days before recharging. The sound seems quieter and cleaner at the top than using an inexpensive Jameco linear.
Have an Uptone LPS-1 on order primarily for the uRendu, but it also supports 5V so might as well try it out with the RPi. With the HDPlex available, I might try that powering both my Cisco router and Motorola cable modem since it has two separate power rails.
